Student Policy

A.School Timing & Holidays

  • Working Schedule of the School:

Pre.K.G. & LKG

8:00 AM to 12:25 PM

UKG to XII

8:00 AM to 3:40 PM

 

 

 Saturdays:  Half working day (up to 11:45 AM) on 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

        2nd and 4th Saturdays are Holiday.

 

  • If any of the Saturdays are declared as a Holiday, it will be compensated in the following Saturday.
  • If the Government declares Holiday due to rain for Chennai City, it will be deemed as Holiday for the School as well.
  • School will also conduct special coaching classes in other times if it views it necessary for the welfare of the Child.
  • All Sundays are holidays

B.School Uniform Policy:

  • It is mandatory for every student to adhere to the dress code of the School
  • The student is advised to strictly wear the uniform. Any irregularity in uniform will not be encouraged.
  • Students are not encouraged to wear dress other than prescribed uniform and slippers to school
  • Please refer to Admission Notice board for details of uniform.

Boys:

  • The shirts should be loose fitting, full sleeved.
  • The pants should be loose fitting and one inch above the ankles.
  • Boys are expected to come in proper uniforms with neatly combed hair. Their Long hairs or other designer haircut will not be allowed.
  • Shabby looking uniforms will not be allowed. 

Girls:

  • The girl’s salwar tops should be long sleeved and loose.
  • The pants should be loose and lengthy enough to cover the ankles.
  • The headscarf should be worn in such a way that it conceals the hair properly.
  • Girls are expected to come in clean, neat, properly pressed uniforms, with clean socks and polished shoes
  • Shabby looking uniforms will not be allowed.
  • It is mandatory for all the Muslim students studying in class VI and above to wear the Abayah (Outer garment). It should be loose and lengthy enough to cover the ankles.
  • Use of Mehandi, perfume, jewelry and facial beautification are strictly not allowed.
  • Non-Muslim students are exempted from wearing the Abayah and the headscarf.
